In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an account on t6vip, you expressly represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold and use your Account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, or where accessing an internationally licensed platform is not a criminal offence under local statute.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from t6vip or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion, cooling-off, or Company-initiated suspension order.
• All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or close family member of any employee of t6vip or any of its third-party game providers or payment partners.

t6vip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all Bets voided, and any remaining Balance returned to the deposit source minus any winnings derived from wagers placed during the underage period. The Company may report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one Account on t6vip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, phone numbers, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. t6vip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during your account lifetime. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP / national identity card, or valid passport).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered GoPay, OVO, or bank account name matching the account holder).

All transactions on t6vip are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). t6vip does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not apply any currency conversion. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata — minimum deposit Rp 10.000; credited within 1–5 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7).

t6vip does not charge any deposit or withdrawal processing fees on any supported payment channel. Any fees levied by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member and are entirely outside t6vip's control.

Withdrawal Processing Times:

• GoPay and OVO withdrawals: typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja withdrawals: typically processed within 1 hour of approval.
• BCA and BRI bank transfer withdrawals: typically processed within 1–3 hours during WIB banking hours.
• Other bank transfer withdrawals: within 1–6 hours, subject to inter-bank clearing schedules.

All deposits must be funded from payment methods owned by the Member. t6vip prohibits the use of third-party funding sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, the Company reserves the right to void all associated Bets and return the deposit to the originating payment method.

t6vip offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Nyepi, and Chinese New Year / Imlek). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to the wagering requirement. Live casino games and sports bets typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution breakdown for each game category is specified on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within 7 days of the bonus being credited to the Account unless a different period is stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold or activate more than one bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse: t6vip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements; coordinating multi-account bonus farming; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

t6vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, payment-method, or game-category restrictions as stated on each promotion page.

All Bets placed on t6vip are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). These product-specific rules are published on the relevant game or product page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A Bet is final and irrevocable once confirmed by the platform. Members are responsible for reviewing their Bet slip, stake amount, and selection before confirming. t6vip is not liable for errors made by the Member at the point of bet placement.
• t6vip reserves the right to void any Bet that has been accepted in error — including as a result of a system malfunction, an obvious price error (palpable error), or data feed failure — regardless of whether the Bet has already been settled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Bet, the Company's records shall be the definitive source of reference. Members may raise a dispute within 48 hours of settlement via live chat support.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may activate pop-up alerts notifying them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss figures.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Member cannot log in, deposit, or place Bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its stated expiry date. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

t6vip will never contact a self-excluded Member with promotional offers. Self-excluded Members are removed from all marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t6vip platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account for any single individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place Bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, including in live poker, live game shows, or any other multi-player game format.

All content on the t6vip platform — including but not limited to the t6vip brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of t6vip or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from t6vip.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any page of the Platform on any other website or digital environment without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of t6vip's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t6vip's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t6vip shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not t6vip has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. t6vip makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any particular game or product for any specific purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect Platform availability without prior notice.

t6vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

t6vip collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account creation, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Platform improvement, personalisation, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance reporting.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence.
